All orders can be placed online through this website and are subject to availability. (Please do not e-mail your card details - no responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.) Orders placed during weekends or Public Holidays are classed as belonging to the following working week.
Normal office hours are: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 4:00pm, unless otherwise notified.
All sizes shown are approximate. All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.
Method of Payment
Payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron) is accepted externally to this website through the Secure Server PayPal system.
Please note that a PayPal account is not required to use this facility.
Photographs are pre-mounted onto acid-free rigid board and presented in professionally produced 45 degree bevel cut acid-free textured mounts of a neutral colour (with the exception of Rolled Prints). All are issued as 'Open Edition' Prints. Mounted Prints are 'ready-to-frame' and are supplied labelled in clear sealed bags, with rigid board backs for protection. Framed Prints are 'ready-to-hang' and are supplied labelled in high quality 22mm deep solid 'Box Oak' frames. Rolled Prints are supplied rolled without mounts or frames.
All photographs are professionally produced Lab Prints on FujiFilm Crystal Archive Satin Matte Photographic Paper. This paper delivers prints with outstanding colours and 'bite' which last longer and minimise fading. Employing traditional chemical processing after exposure, they have the same look and feel as a traditional silver halide photograph. Fujifilm claims a 60-year life for this color photo paper when framed behind glass and out of direct sunlight.
It is recommended that all pictures are positioned avoiding direct sunlight and direct artificial light. In addition, it is preferable to avoid sources of heat and humidity.
Viewing
Please bear in mind that all monitors are different and may not represent the original Print exactly. To assist in viewing images as accurately as possible prior to purchase, please refer to the colour scale shown below. A correctly calibrated monitor should show all tones clearly. This provides an indication only.
All items are assembled to order. I aim to despatch orders within 5 to 10 working days of receiving your payment. However, on occassions, this may be slightly longer. If this is the case I will contact you by e-mail to make you aware of the situation. In the event that ordered items are not in stock, I shall inform you by e-mail at the earliest opportunity. Please inform me if you do have a deadline to meet, so that I may best accommodate your requirements.
Framed Prints which include glass are double-boxed, Mounted Prints are single-boxed and Rolled Prints are despatched in sturdy cardboard mailing tubes. I endeavour to ensure that, wherever possible, my main packing materials are recycleable.
Delivery Charges
UK Customers
UK delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders of total value £75.00 GBP and above.
Below this, delivery charges operate according to total order value, subject to a maximum of £8.95.Rolled Prints (not mounted or framed) are despatched FREE OF CHARGE to UK destinations in sturdy postal tubes.
International Customers
I am able to despatch Rolled Prints (not mounted or framed) to destinations outside of the UK in sturdy postal tubes. Delivery charges necessary for these destinations are:
- European Union (EU), delivery charge: £6.00 GBP (Rolled Prints only).
- Worldwide (other than the European Union), delivery charge: £7.00 GBP (Rolled Prints only).
Would international customers please purchase the necessary 'European Delivery' or 'Rest of the World Delivery' from the Shop page prior to Checkout. Thank you.
Please note that for items sent to destinations outside of the European Union (EU), the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes plus any other fees due.
At this time I am unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address cannot be processed.
Please retain the original packaging used for delivery.
In the unfortunate event that it is necessary to return an item to me, please repack the item securely (the packaging used for delivery can be used for return) and enclose the original paperwork. Please obtain a separate copy of your Post Office returns receipt clearly showing the price paid and include this with your returned package - either placed inside & sealed or placed in an envelope attached to the outside of the package. Please send your package using a service requiring a signature on delivery (Royal Mail Recorded Signed forTM or ParcelForce 48).
Prior to returning any goods received, please contact me in the first instance by telephone or e-mail, to authorise the return.
Faulty Goods
This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you have found an item to be faulty within 28 days of purchase, I can offer a refund (including delivery charge) or replacement. I will replace any items which are found to be faulty with the same product. However, if this product is no longer available, I will process a refund back to the original method of payment. In this case, charges incurred by the customer in returning the item for replacement or refund will be repayable, subject to a maximum charge of £12.

Please telephone or e-mail me in the first instance prior to returning any items.
In this case, charges incurred by the customer in returning the item for refund will be repayable, subject to a maximum charge of £12.
Incorrectly Described Goods
If your goods have been despatched as ordered, but their description on the website is incorrect, then they can be returned, unused in original condition, for a refund (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods. Please telephone or e-mail me in the first instance prior to returning any items.
In this case, charges incurred by the customer in returning the item for refund will be repayable, subject to a maximum charge of £12.
Unwanted Goods
In the event that your goods are unwanted, then they can be returned, unused in original condition, for a refund (excluding delivery charge) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please telephone or e-mail me in the first instance prior to returning any items.
Please note that in this case, charges incurred by the customer in returning the item for refund will be non-repayable.
Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days, following the day when the goods are received, without having to give a reason. Please telephone or e-mail me in the first instance prior to returning any items. Please note that charges incurred by the customer in returning the item will be non-repayable.
